The Village Goes Medieval - From the 19th Century to the Middle Ages ~ Enter Our Trebuchet Contest!

A colourful cast of medieval re-enactors, musicians, buskers, artisans, falconers, archers, merchants and jousting Knights in shining armour on horseback will converge at Upper Canada Village for its 2nd Annual Medieval Festival from Thursday through Sunday, June 11 to 14. This festive encampment of tents, mini-stages, natural arenas and livestock quarters will also feature trebuchet and catapult competitions, children's activities, a medieval marketplace and pub. A sumptuous and entertaining King's Banquet will be offered on Saturday evening (visitors are encouraged to come dressed in Medieval Attire). Visit www.medievalfestival.ca.
