Pumpkinferno is experienced as a walking tour through a night-time, outdoor exhibit of carved pumpkins. On occasion, the event has seen up to 5000 visitors arriving on one evening alone. Please read our pre-event information to make the most of your visit:

How do I purchase Pumpkinferno tickets?
Tickets must be purchased online. When the event is not sold out, tickets at the door are available at $25 plus HST and fees. Note we do offer a 50% off military discount and is only available for purchase at the door with proper military ID such as a CFOne card.

When should I arrive and where should I park? 

Visitors to Pumpkinferno will discover streamlined entry traffic flow and parking to accommodate the event’s immense popularity. Clearly defined admission lines will make your arrival go smoothly.

Can I bring my pet?
Unfortunately due to the crowds and timing of the event pets are not allowed.

Are tickets date specific?
Yes, tickets are date-specific tickets to help with customer flow. Please make sure that you have selected the correct date when purchasing tickets.
 

What date and time should I pick? 

We recommend that you pick a date and time that works for you. Please know that Saturday evenings are by far our busiest evenings, so plan the date of your visit accordingly.

Can I access the site early with a dinner reservation?

Choose to reserve an early pre-tour dinner at Willard’s Hotel or the Harvest Barn, where you will already be in the Village to enjoy your tour by the time the gates open. Call 613-543-0660 to make pre-tour reservations. Note: Admission tickets to Pumpkinferno must be purchased online, prior to entering the Village for your reservation. Admission staff will allow access to the Village 5 minutes prior to your confirmed reservation time if it is before the gates are scheduled to be opened.

Is Pumpkinferno accessible for people with reduced mobility? 

The Pumpkinferno tour is designed along an open route that will ensure you enjoy ample viewing space of the exhibits throughout your tour. The experience takes place outdoors and is designed to accommodate mobility aids such as wheelchairs (though can be affected by weather conditions).

What should I wear?

We recommend you to come in comfort. To navigate through the entire tour will take you approximately 40 minutes. Please ensure that you wear comfortable and protective footwear, and are dressed for any kind of weather, as the event will happen rain or shine. It will only be cancelled in extreme weather conditions, at the discretion of the St. Lawrence Parks Commission (rain checks will be honoured should this occur).

Are there group rates?

Group rates are available for groups of 20+ people and must be reserved in advance. Group rates are only available on Wednesday nights. Wednesday nights will only be open to pre-reserved groups of 20 or more people.  All members of the group must arrive and proceed through Admissions at the same time.
