UPPER CANADA VILLAGE ANNOUNCES FALL SCHEDULE

Upper Canada Village announced a revised Fall schedule for 2011 operating dates through to Thanksgiving.  Effective immediately, the Village will be open Wednesday through Sunday from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.  The new Upper Canada Village Discovery Centre and Village Store will remain open 7 days a week until October 28. 

Admission rates are adjusted for the ‘off season’ dates (September 6, 12, 13, 19, 20, 26, 27, October 3, 4) to $11.95 Adult; $8.95 Student (13-18 yrs); $7.95 Youth (5-12 yrs); Free for children under 5 yrs.  There is no parking fee on Mondays and Tuesdays.  Reserved groups can take a guided tour through 6-7 buildings with one of the costumed interpreters.

The Miniature Train also shifts to a Fall schedule operating on weekends only from September 10 to October 9.  Hours are also adjusted to 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with the last trip at approximately 4:40 p.m.
