Celebrating 25 Years of Holiday Magic!

Open select nights from November 28 – January 3 from 5pm-9pm.

Bundle up for an evening stroll through this picture-perfect postcard setting. Over one million lights illuminate Upper Canada Village, creating a one-of-a-kind magical backdrop – a true winter wonderland!

  • Tickets must be purchased online in-advance.
  • Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Kids (0-4) are free to attend. No ticket required.
  • No pets, only service animals permitted. 

Pommier Horse-Drawn Carriage Ride

This exclusive package includes a cozy 30-minute carriage ride for up to 4 guests for a truly intimate and magical experience, full access to the Alight at Night Festival and a gift of 4 tickets for Upper Canada Village’s regular day programming in 2026.

Accessibility Nights

Bundle up for a 30-minute evening driving tour through a postcard-perfect setting! Guests with limited mobility or sensory needs can enjoy Alight at Night from the comfort of their own vehicles on December 3, 10, and 17, 2025.

Snap Holiday Photos with Santa

New this year! The Village’s Family Activity Centre transforms into a magical Toy Factory! Meet Saint Nick, share your holiday wishes, and capture a festive photo to remember.

Warm up at the Toybox Café with hot drinks, and explore enchanting toys, handcrafted gifts, and one-of-a-kind souvenirs. Fun, sparkle, and holiday cheer await guests of all ages!

Sing Along to Old-Fashioned Carolling

Warm up and take a break at Christ Church for heartwarming carols that capture the spirit of the holidays.

Festive Sound & Light Show

Be enchanted by the Sound and Light Show at Crysler Hall, a true winter spectacle where thousands of colourful lights will flash to the beat of holiday tunes throughout the evening.

Miniature Toy Train

Hop on life-sized, colourfully lit toy train for a 15-20 minute magical ride, with a stop for photo opportunities, perfect for the whole family. Located adjacent to the Village parking lot and subject to availability.

  • Tickets are $8 + HST per person, available at the station.
  • This ride is wheelchair accessible. Please note it is not offered on Accessibility Nights.

Explore wide selection of timeless gifts and artisan made products for unique holiday shopping at the Village Store after your Alight at Night experience. Features popular Village-made cheese, but they sell out fast!

Activity Stations

Enjoy Alite-Brite’s giant nostalgic glow, snap photos with Snowy Silhouettes and gingerbread figures, or cozy up on the Mistletoe Loveseat! At the Frosty Fun Zone, sip hot drinks, play holiday games, decorate ornaments, and get creative on the Chilly Chalkboard.

Before You Visit

  • Upper Canada Village is located at 13740 County Road 2, Morrisburg, Ontario
  • Parking is available at no charge onsite.
  • Alight at Night tickets are online only, with limited entries per evening and time slot. Most nights will sell out—purchase early to secure your date and time. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
  • Arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before your scheduled time. Alight at Night is a fully outdoor event. Inclement weather closures will be posted on Upper Canada Village’s social media pages (@UpperCanadaVill) and email will be sent to ticket holders.
  • SLPC ONePass or Events Pass holders can present their pass onsite for any date and time. Accompanying guests without passes must book tickets in advance.
  • No pets, only service animals permitted.
  • Smoking / vaping is not permitted onsite.
  • Train is subject to availability.
  • All paths of the tour are navigable by wheelchair (though can be affected by weather conditions).
