Tickets are available for purchase online and purchasing tickets prior to arrival is highly recommended.

  • If you are unable to make your scheduled entry time for regular day programming, your original ticket will be honoured throughout the day when presented to admissions. Please note this does not apply to special events or prebooked group tours. 
  • If you can no longer attend your scheduled admission date, you need to submit a modification request 72 hours prior to your scheduled entry time and date by using the below contact form. Your request will be processed by our guest relations team within the 72 hours and your online account will be credited with a voucher which you can redeem when you book a new date.

Yes, the horse drawn carry-all and tow scow will operational.

At this time, the miniature train is not operational until further notice.

Parking is available at no charge on site. All visitor and vehicle access to our parking lot and public spaces will be open as well.

Washrooms will be available on site. These washrooms are virtually touchless and will be cleaned throughout the day.

Yes, the Village Café, Willard’s Hotel, Harvest Barn, and BeaverTails will be open for the 2022 season. For more information regarding dining, click here.

Yes, guests are welcome to bring their own food. We have several picnic tables located by admission that you are welcome to use.

During the main season, pets are welcome. They must be on a short Village leash and not enter historic buildings.

During our fall special events such as Pumpkinferno and Alight at Night, only service animals are permitted.
